RETURN POLICIES
We want you to love your experience with Divinas Slim, but if something didn’t go as expected, here’s how our exchange and return process works:
When do we accept exchanges?
We only accept exchanges when:
- The product arrived with the internal security seal damaged.
- It has visible physical damage upon receipt.
- It must be in the original brand packaging.
Important: You must send us photos or videos as proof that the product arrived in this condition. We cannot accept exchanges if the damage occurred after you received it.
What if I need a return or refund?
If applicable, you may request it within 5 business days after receiving your order, provided it meets one of our requirements:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, intact packaging.
- The product was purchased directly from us. If purchased through a distributor, you must manage the return directly with them.
- We will refund the product value (minus payment processor fees).
- If the product has already been shipped, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
- We issue the refund only once the product has been returned to us.
How to request a return?
Send us an email to hello@divinas.me including:
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Order number.
- Proof of payment.
If you paid by bank transfer:
Full name, ID number, bank name, account type, and account number. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, provided we already have the product in our possession.
If you are in Colombia, please also include a bank certification.
Other payment methods:
Refunds will be issued to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. In this case, the process may take up to 15 calendar days, depending on the bank’s internal procedures.
Our team will reply with return shipping instructions (we cover the cost!).
Reshipment Due to Incorrect Address or City
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of placing the order. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect, incomplete, or non-existent address, an additional fee will be charged to cover reshipment costs.
Conditions:
- If the order cannot be delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
- The reshipment fee will be calculated based on the current rate of the corresponding courier service.
- No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by address errors entered by the customer.
- We recommend carefully verifying your address before confirming your purchase to avoid any issues.
